Who am I? I am a life coach and IT Specialist working at NOAA. I am based in Washington, DC.  After leading IT security teams at the SEC and NOAA as a contractor for a decade, I joined NOAA in 2015 as a fed. In January 2021, I graduated from the Accomplishment Coaching’s ICF-accredited ontological coaching program. I have assisted clients to exceed their income goals, change their relationship to work and work environments, and find satisfying meaningful relationships, and more.  I apply coaching to the cybersecurity world by building effective, highly functional teams to secure federal information systems. I empower individuals to live “full out” lives, lives full of creative expression, leadership, accomplishment and grace. In particular, I have been honored to coach individuals motivated by spiritual principles to serve actively while experiencing joy. I am the proud and sometimes lonely mother of a Temple University graduate living in Japan and I share my home with two adopted cats. I am happily partnered.
